Does the regulator come with the motor? That's the part that's confusing me.
Sorry, there is no way to repair this type of regulator. They come out fairly easily though. There may be access holes in the door shell to unbolt it from the glass. Then unbolt the motor from the door and the regulator track from the door. Be sure and keep the glass up and remove the regulator. Instalation is reverse of removal.
