    More than 30 people snorkel in the calm waters north of the Agat Marina as part of a "Ready, Set, tuba" event organized by the environmental education.
    Families from all over the island led to a village in the south to attend the event. Throughout the morning, families and signed lined up to receive gear. Some were veteran water while other fans have never been in the ocean before the event.

    OK I'm having my birthday party at a lake/spring and the theme is swimming/lake.For goody bags people will get snorkels goggles thing of that nature to have while swimming in the spring.What type of cake should I get it will be hot(I live in GA)so what type icing works best in heat?I'm not a fan of the so sweet when you bite you hear sugar crunch.I think I like whipped icing would that melt?What type cake and icing do you recommend?What should the cake look like(pictures appreciated)?We have a local bakery that makes delicious stuff and most of there work(that I have seen)is pretty.Would you get the cake from there or from wal-mart kroger or publix? Oh yeah my age range is preteen-earlyteens
