Teche Holding Company Announces Completion of Teche Federal Bank Charter ...

- Patrick Little, President and CEO of Teche Holding Company, holding company of Teche Federal Bank, said today that the Bank completed its conversion from a federally chartered bank savings bank chartered in Louisiana business, regulated by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of the State of Louisiana and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). In addition, as a result of the conversion charter, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve replaced the Office of Thrift Supervision that the federal regulator for Teche Holding Company.
